Reran the installer and noticed that the default path for the metaproject contained mixed / and \ directory separators. Corrected and continued the re-install. When done, the examples\server\metaproject.pprp still contained no Essential projects but there was now a examples\serverr\metaproject.pprp ...

Server administrator performed steps 1-12 of server install and handed off. Following 13.2 and there is no Essential AM Repository in the projects list. No Annotation Essential AM Repository in the projects list either. Obviously I need a different metaproject.pprj but how to get it?
